ADULT SUMMER HOLIDAY ART WORKSHOP

Treat yourself to a day or two of painting. Working from still life and the vista of the

Queens Gardens beyond, Larisse Hall will simplify the art of painting with colour.

Day 1 Beginners. Introducing easy to follow techniques to get your painting started, including composition and tonal studies, through to basic colour mixing theory and paint applications. This day will work between pencil, colour and paint. This will boost your painting repertoire with easy 'cheat' techniques demystified. Finishing with a simple student critique.

Day 2 Will focus on painting and is for those who either attended the first day or are confident with their paint application. Looking and observing encouraged. Colour mixing theories and various paint applications explored further. Infusing a sense of emotion into a still life painting through varying paint and colour applications.
